For all traffic at ESOW, Stockholm Västerås Airport, prior permission, known as PPR, is required. Reservation is in local time (LT). When the tower is not open, PPR must be booked here. Use of the infrastructure at ESOW without a booked PPR or outside of booked PPR time entails breaking the rules.PPR is not granted for commercial flights.
